Honest review guy, here are my thoughts. *Price: Budget friendly. *Location: Good, many restaurants within 5 minutes (with the exception of some construction by the city close by.) *Service: Minimal interaction with Peter the owner, he seems friendly, found my booking, I filled out an info slip, provided room key & confirmed everything was good when unloading stuff from our vehicle. *Room: Budget friendly for a reason, with that in mind, 80s style carpet, grandma's style cover, but expected for the price. There were a couple of dead roaches, but could be due to pest control not sure & not a biggie as long as they're dead. Overall pretty good since, bed was clean, no bed bugs thank God (keep it that way), working A/C, working mini fridge, working toilet & shower. Did not use TV or microwave. It was Non-Smoking as booked. Overall: Stayed with Wife & baby, we thought it was pretty good for a quick stop to sleep. Hope it helps anyone else debating, as long as you treat it with a grain of salt since its no 4 or 5 star hotel or resort haha. Will stay again in the future.

I’ve been here on business for 4 days. The owners are incredibly nice, carpet was shampooed while here, also pest control was active while here… the maid service was excellent! The rate is exceptional! I’ll definitely be staying here every business trip!

I've now been here 3 weeks, I've been well taken care of. Staff is friendly, attentive, polite, and easy going. I've enjoyed my stay and will be here for another 3 or 4 weeks, until my apartment is ready. The bus picks you up right across the street and drops you off right in front. I recommended highly.

I stayed here last year for about 10 weeks while on a job in this area. I had absolutely no problems here at all. They were almost done with the remodeling and had a very comfortable stay. The Owner was very fair with the rates and appears he walks around the property on a daily basis making sure all is well. Based on the good experience I had at that time I am here again this year for two weeks now and will probably stay another two weeks. This place does not have all the bells and whistles like the Marriotts but for the rates, the friendly customer service, the clean rooms, the Cold Air Conditioner and the free parking in front of your room, to me it's a Great place to stay.

Friendly staff, clean rooms,with fair price. Restaurants ,food park, light shopping all within walking distance.

I’ve been here for a lil over a month. Very cool little place. Great air conditioning, nice huge beds, amazing Tv/movie channels. The owner is very nice and respectful. The housekeepers/maids are very sweet, always asking if I need new sheets/towels or toilet paper etc.. fairly priced as well. Way better than any other spot on Austin highway forsure. 100%
